ACCOUNT MANAGER – LEADING DIGITAL AGENCY

 

Job:

The purpose of the job is to service the digital marketing needs of the different business units for the clientsboth as part of an inter-agency integrated marketing team and as part of the global team servicing their client across the world.

The Account Manager on their client’s business will act as the primary client contact on the day-to-day development and management of digital marketing activity. Working closely with the extended team, you will take ownership of campaigns and proactively work with all agency disciplines of Delivery, Planning, Creative, and Technology to ensure that client objectives are met seamlessly and on strategy for all activity.  You will lead the preparation, implementation and delivery of client presentations and campaign recommendations, using your knowledge and understanding of the opportunities for digital as part of an integrated marketing plan. You will work closely with the client lead to sell cross-business unit proposals and drive digital innovation for their client, based on a keen understanding of key consumer insights and the clients’ business requirements.

Experience

Experience:

 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital and/or integrated advertising/marketing  agency
• Proven success managing and growing strong client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen
• Solid digital marketing campaign development and production experience 
• Ability think in an integrated fashion
• Consumer electronics marketing experience, highly desirable (particularly mobile)
• Retail client and/or e-tail experience would be beneficial
• Must have a keen interest in Web 2.0 and digital trends with a good understanding of the opportunities they offer brands
• Knowledge and experience of CRM is desirable
• Must be a strong self-starter, organized and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• A considerate and loyal team player
• Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
